Standard flat rate of $12.00 for all items in Australia only via Australia Post. Does not include insurance.

Express Post flat rate of $16.00 for all items in Australia only via Australia Post. Does not include insurance.

Free standard rate shipping is applied on orders over $80.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.

NZ: international standard shipping $18. Does not include insurance.

United States, Canada, UK: international standard shipping $30. Does not include insurance.

Please note the prices in our online store are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

The prices in our store do not include any of the relevant import taxes, customs duties or clearance or handling charges that you may incur.

Any such charges will vary dependent on the value of your order and are required to be paid before delivery. Please refer to your local authorities for information on what this charge could be.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and are unable to class the order as a gift.

We are a small business, please allow 2 to 5 business days for pre-made orders to be dispatched and 5 to 14 days for custom orders depending on the customization requirement. 

​

During peak periods such as Christmas, please allow an additional 5 business days.

​

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly.

If incorrect delivery information has been provided, please e-mail us immediately and we will try to accommodate the change, if the product shipping process has not been started.

Furiends Designs shall have no liability for any loss or damage to items during transit of the order or any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Furiends Designs does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

 

Furiends Designs guarantee our creations at the time of purchase against defect.

Our products are created from high quality upcycled and locally sourced materials, however they are not indestructible. If an item is found to be faulty, please e-mail us within 3 days of delivery, with details of the fault and photos of that item for assessment. We will respond to your email within 3 business days.

Please note, faulty items must not show any signs of wear/use, otherwise this will automatically be classed as wear and tear and no refund will be offered.
 

As Furiends Designs create one-off items, if an item is found it be faulty, a like item may be offered as a replacement or a refund will be provided for the purchase price of the item at the discretion of Furiends Designs in consultation with the customer.
